Things we have measured. Each one shows how many stocks it rests on and whether it held up on data the idea was not built from.

Buying just before the open has beaten buying in after-hours in both years we checked.

About half of alerts that close red on the entry day are back to breakeven the next session. The rest can fall a long way.
The early dip on after-hours runners
Strong names that ran after the close often dip in the first minutes of pre-market before they go again.
